The Sealproof spiral pool hose, engineered of durable, high-quality EVA, features a kink-free and tangle-free construction that resists crushing and abuse while maintaining lightweight flexibility. This UV, sunlight, and chemical-resistant hose is made in the USA.
The hose has a swivel cuff on one end that connects to the vacuum head, ensuring maximum flow and mobility, and a fixed cuff on the other end which connects to the skimmer or pump inlet. The leak-proof construction is optimized for strong suction, and the hose should be primed by filling it with water completely before connecting to the pump or skimmer.
This product is designed for use with a standard swimming pool vacuum head with a telescopic pole for manual vacuuming. However, it may not be suitable for use with all automatic pool cleaners. Due to variations in skimmer sizes, a fitting or vacuum plate may be needed for secure hose attachment.
The Sealproof spiral pool hose is available in 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" diameters, with various lengths. The 1-1/2" diameter hose is the most popular for use with in-ground pools, as it can be used for both in-ground and above-ground pools.
