The Sealproof 2" Inch Nonmetallic Liquid Tight Conduit Connector is designed to resist a variety of environmental factors, including salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. Molded from type nylon 6, the connector has a flammability classification of 94V-2 and a temperature index of 125°C. The included "0" Ring and steel locknut provide additional sealing and securing capabilities.

Dimensions-wise, the connector measures A=5.420"xB=0.860"xC=5.800". The all-nylon construction further enhances the connector's resistance to the aforementioned chemicals and elements. No disassembly is required for installation; the installer simply pushes the conduit or tubing onto the ferrule and tightens the domed sealing nut. The completed assembly can then be secured in the chassis by the locknut or by first securing the connector into an NPT threaded hole.

This design eliminates the need for threading the conduit or tubing, thereby preventing the possibility of cutting the conduit and creating leak paths.
