The Alflex-Type RWA 1/2-Inch Reduced Wall Aluminum Flexible Metal Conduit is a high-strength aluminum alloy strip that is UL Recognized and Listed. It is suitable for a wide range of installations, including environmental air-handling spaces, power and lighting branch circuits, metal raceways for wires and cables, motor feeders, and various other applications as per the National Electrical Code (NEC).

This conduit is manufactured with a lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy, making it 66% lighter than steel while cutting installation time by 80% compared to steel. It features a smooth interior for easy wire pulling and superior corrosion resistance, as well as built-in flexibility for simplified positioning.

The Alflex Type RWA is UL Listed per UL 1, Standard for Safety for Flexible Metal Conduit, and ANSI/UL-1. It meets the federal specification WW-C-566c and is designated as NEC Type FMC (Flexible Metal Conduit) under Article 348.
